Italian Ticket Exemption

There are three forms of psoriasis entitled to ticket exemption: psoriatic arthritis, pustular psoriasis and erythrodermic psoriasis as foreseen by Official Gazette n.226 of 25 September 1999. Exemption can be obtained via application to your Local Health Unit - ASL - (Exemption Code 045).

You are entitled to the following treatments:

• - Objective history and exams
• - Blood test
• - CBC
• - ESR
• - Phototherapy cycle with narrow band UVA-UVB, corresponding to 6 meetings.

Exemption for treatments with topic corticosteroids may be obtained for some preparations, i.e. for the so-called passage in Class A, by indicating Note 88.
